Returns Policy

At Pturtles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and easy return and exchange policy for qualifying items. Please carefully review our terms below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase, and ship it back to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@pturtles.com. We will assist you with the return or exchange process at no additional cost to you.

7. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above or for items returned without the original packaging.

8. Refund Timing

Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow time for your return to be processed, and we will notify you once your refund has been issued.
